Parent/Teacher Conferences

Conference time can be SO stressful.  I like to be super organized so that everything runs smoothly and it takes my stress level down a bit! :)  I use this conference form to show parents the kindergarten skills we are working on and to keep me on track during my parent/teacher conferences.
